We Gaurantee our craftsmanship. We take great pride in our goods, but we're still human, and we make mistakes too. Whether it was one too many whiskeys in the shop, or one too many kids hanging off our hip; we will repair or replace any of our defects.

As a small business, we may not be able to offer free 2 day shipping like the big online stores, but we do our best to get your goods to you in a timely manor for the best rates we can source out!

Returns and Refunds

We are proud of our goods, and we want you to be proud to carry them! If you're not totally in love with your goods, please reach out! Don't love the color as much as you did in the picture? We offer Free Exchanges within 30 days for unused products. If we still can't satisfy you (we get it, it happens to the best of us) we will accept Returns for store credit for Free & Returns for Refunds for the cost of return shipping, within 30 days.

Return Limitations

  • Any merchandise being shipped back to us must be approved in advance by 3Bird Leather Co. Unauthorized packages may not be accepted.
  • We will only accept exchanges up to 30 days from delivery of your goods, and which include the proof of purchase.
  • You are responsible for all shipping costs back to and from 3Bird Leather Co.
  • Items must be returned unworn and in the original condition. We will not accept goodswith any visible wear.
  • All sale, discounted and clearance item sales are final, have no cash value and can't be exchanged.
  • All boots that have been altered or modified after purchase are considered final sale, have no cash value and can't be exchanged.
  • Made to Order or Custom Orders will only be eligible for exchange or credit at the sole discretion of Wohlford & Co.

Warranty 

About Our Policy

We Guarantee our goods for life! We will repair or replace any defects in craftsmanship or materials. At the end of the day, we want you to love your 3Bird goods as much as we love making them. If you have any issues at all, please reach out to us and we will do our best to satisfy your leather needs.

Warranty Limitations

  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, but does not cover general wear and tear, neglect, or lack of conditioning and care.
  • This warranty is not transferrable and benefits the only original owner.
  • The warranty covers leather but does not include leather degradation by drying goods in front of a direct heat source or not keeping your goods cleaned and conditioned.
  • All repair work must be performed by 3Bird Leather Co. or will void the warranty.
  • All warranty returns, exchanges and/or repairs will be assessed and performed at the sole discretion 3Bird Leather Co.
